Great shop! They explain everything clearly and are always available- they didn't ignore even my (probably) silly questions. Before ordering, we asked for real photos, and once we saw that the doll matched the description, we pulled the trigger.

However, the wait was extremely long, or at least it felt that way. It took about 1.5 to 2 months, so I’m taking one star off for that. Other than the wait, no complaints everything arrived in perfect condition. We realized a bit late that we needed some clothes and extra accessories for our character, so we’ve placed another order and are waiting for it now. That part should arrive much faster, though. Thanks!

This was a total impulse buy I didn't really know anything about these dolls, just had a rough idea. Support was great; they explained everything and answered all my questions in a really friendly way.
So, I went ahead and placed the order. It was a long wait-nearly a month and a half but it was totally worth it! I'm really happy with what I got.

The doll feels great to the touch, holds any pose perfectly, and looks just as good in person as it does in the shop photos

From the get-go, I decided not to settle for cheap marketplace knockoffs; they’re not just an eyesore, they can actually be a health hazard. Great store. Probably the largest in Belgrade. A huge selection of dolls and accessories. They work with some of the biggest and most well-known doll manufacturers. A polite consultant who gives recommendations, helps out, and is always available. I ordered a Galatea doll — everything was delivered on time and without any issues. The store handled customs. They send videos and photos, everything matches, and the product is high quality. I recommend it!
